Swimming Lessons

Learn to swim, build confidence in the water and progress at your own pace: Les Bains de Saillon offers swimming lessons in small groups, tailored to each child’s ability.
The lessons are organised into two beginner levels, with a maximum of four children per group, to ensure personalised support and tailored progress.

Two levels to progress at your own pace!

Level 1: Comfort in the Water

Saturday from 10.00 am to 10.30 am

For children who are just starting out. They learn to get in and out of the water on their own, to put their head under the water, to breathe out, to float for a few seconds and to jump into water where they can touch the bottom.

Aims: to get used to the water, to submerge, float and jump in complete safety.
A maximum of 4 children per group.

Level 2: Autonomy

Saturday from 10.45 am to 11.15 am

For children who are already comfortable in the water. They learn to glide on their front and back, to move forward by kicking their legs, to jump in and submerge themselves completely, and to make their way to the edge of the pool unaided.

 

Aims: to learn how to slide, kick their legs and move around unaided whilst lying on their tummy and on their back.
A maximum of 4 children per group.

Registration and fees

For children
CHF 295.- per series of 10 lessons


This fee includes:

  • CHF 280.- for the 10 swimming lessons (CHF 28.- per lesson)
  • CHF 15.- for administrative fees (non-refundable)

If the watch is lost, you will be charged CHF 10.–.


Registration is for the full series of 10 lessons. It is not possible to register for individual lessons.

 

For accompanying adults

  • Adults wishing to accompany their child benefit from a preferential rate of CHF 27 per entry.
  • This rate covers entry to the swimming pool only and does not include participation in the swimming lesson.
  • A maximum of two accompanying adults per registered child per session.
