Our Thermal Baths
The thermal area at the Bains de Saillon comprises:
- An indoor thermal pool with a temperature of 32 °C – 34 °C
- An outdoor thermal pool with a temperature of 32 °C – 34 °C
- A round outdoor pool, reserved for adults aged 16 and over, with a temperature of 32 °C – 34 °C
- A semi-Olympic swimming pool with a temperature of 28 °C
- A thermal stream with a temperature of 32 °C – 34 °C
- A children’s area with a giant slide, open from May to September

Mayens of Well-Being
The sauna village and Turkish baths built inside a real Valais mountain house allow you to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation in a unique environment.
The village consists of:
- 1 sauna
- 1 bio-sauna
- 1 Turkish bath
- 1 room with a fireplace
- 1 relaxation area with a panoramic view of the Alps
Access to this area is restricted to those aged 16 and over. Swimwear must be worn and a bath towel must be used.
The Thermal River
Set amidst lush greenery, let yourself be carried along by our 120-metre thermal river, heated to between 32 and 34°C, whilst enjoying views of the Valais countryside.
Throughout the circuit, alternate between relaxation and stimulation thanks to the various areas:
- an aquatic grotto with whirlpools;
- two pergolas with massage benches;
- a current booster and massage jets;
- a terrace at Les Mayens du Bien-Être.
Aqua'Sport
Enjoy the benefits of water to build your stamina, strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility or simply relax.
From Aquafitness to Aquapower, via Aquadétente and Aquariviera, choose the class that suits your pace and your goals.
Classes take place in the main swimming pool from May onwards and in Pool 2, opposite ‘Les Baigneurs’, from October onwards. Subject to change. The centre reserves the right to change dates or cancel a class at any time depending on weather conditions.
Classes do not require booking and are included in the admission fee to the Baths.
For Children
During the summer season, children can enjoy a slide, a pentaglide and a paddling pool.
- The pentaglide and paddling pool are available every day.
- The slides are open on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and every day during the vacations.
- Opening times and days may be shortened or cancelled depending on attendance or weather conditions. See "Practical information" for opening times.
- The pentaglisse can be opened for groups outside the scheduled dates and times by prior arrangement.

- Indoor pool: from 1,20m to 1,60m
- Outdoor pool 2: from 1,20m to 1,60m
- Outdoor pool 3 (swimming): from 1,20m to 2,10m
- Outdoor round pool 6 for adults from 16 years: 1,40m
- Thermal river: 1,20m
Warning! Bathing young children and safety: one minute per month of age!
Your child’s lungs (0–1 year) are still developing. We recommend a bath lasting one minute for every month of age. After a break, the bath can be repeated. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 12 and over may visit the baths unaccompanied.

The Region
